RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase on regular priced items only.  We cannot offer a refund or exchange after this time has elapsed. Please note that all sale items are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  Any item not in its original condition will not be refunded. 

Upon receiving your returned item, your return will be inspected and you will be emailed and notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.  All refunds will be processed within 7 day of receipt of the returned item and will be refunded to the original method of payment.  Please note that receipt of your refund would vary dependent on your Bank’s policy.

 

EXCHANGES

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same item

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost for returned merchandise.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  It is strongly advised that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.  We do guarantee that we will process your returned item accordingly, upon receipt.
